Workshop & Instruction Offerings

Group Workshops

4-hour session, limited to 4-5 students. Group workshops are best for people who enjoy working on their material and want guidance on aesthetic decisions and seasonal tasks. Bring your own plants to class.

Development Workshops

These workshops are aimed at serious students, and will be announced and scheduled periodically. Students should bring tools, but trees and materials will be provided. The classes are designed to teach specific skills on specific species and types of trees. Material provided may or may not be available for sale to students.

Individual Instruction

Suitable to all levels - and good for people who prefer not to work on their own material.

Drop-Off Bonsai Tree Styling

These are client services for those wanting maintenance on their trees. $50 per hour, plus materials and supplies, typical turnaround is 5-7 days, most trees are styled in 1 hour or less, please drop us an email from the contact page rather than using the booking app below.

Location and Hours

The workshop location and hours will be sent to you in your appointment confirmation email.

Cancellations

As we set aside time to provide services, we cannot recoup the lost time caused by last-minute cancellations. Please cancel no less than 24 hours in advance, preferably earlier. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance we may ask you to pay for your spot.

Cancellations of Video consultations are subject to the same rules, as we take time from our schedule to be available for these appointments.
