This straight-handled double edged knife has a triangular blade for strength. The tip is sharp at the point as well (so be careful!)
Eric uses is to create new shari and jin (deadwood) on junipers, and to clean up bark on larger branches that are already dead. The tip is useful for scraping and the sides are good for peeling bark.
Made by Kaneshin and imported from Japan. (Part 87L)
