Sparrow eggs are small, range in color from white to gray, and have brown specks or spots. Created in a collaboration between Eric Schrader and Thomas Arakawa, these shallow light-clay ovals are glazed in a matte white with flecks of color, just like sparrow eggs.
Sizing based on longest side-to-side interior dimension, all pots are 1.5" deep.
Thomas Arakawa was born and raised in Japan, and came to the United States at the age of 19. For Thomas, the process of making pottery is affirmation of his Japanese heritage and American influences.
Priced per single pot.
