Scots Pine Starters
Scots pine are one of the most common pines in Europe and Northern Asia. With a naturally short needle - 1-2" in length and a vigorous growth habit these are easy to train as young trees and simple to maintain as older trees. With better cold tolerance than Japanese black pine these are a good alternative for people in colder climates. Juvenile needles are typically longer than mature needles.
These starters are in 3.3" plastic containers with a single stem. The trees shown are typical example, trunk size is up to 1/8" (less than the size of a standard pencil) approximate height - 3-6" The photos are representative, and do not show the actual tree(s) you will receive.

I had ordered the Scots pines along with a Weeping Fig and a Willow Leaf Ficus. The plants themselves were what I expected. When they were delivered all the plants were bone dry. The fig and ficus were heavily wilted. I hydrated the plants and monitored them for 3 or 4 days and all seem to have recovered. Was disappointed to see the order arrive in that condition since any of my prior orders were in excellent condition.

Thanks for the review and feedback. Since they were in transit about 5 days I'll review pre-shipment watering with the shippers. We water everything prior to packing, but perhaps they're not being thorough enough!

The trees showed up in a timely fashion and looked healthy. They have already had some training which is awesome. They are already off to a good start. Very pleased with my purchase. Hope I don’t kill them. Thank you for the great plants.
