not great customer service

I ordered one of their unisex hoodies for a gift for a Christmas present. When I tried to return the item (un used) as it was the wrong size, and simply wanted to exchange it for store credit, I was told it was not possible as they are "printed on demand"...we are talking about a hoodie with only one style of print, unisex and in basic sizes.....weird.....

Hi, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the return policy. As a small business we care a lot about customer satisfaction and with nearly all products we provide replacements to address customer concerns. In this case we do not allow returns because doing so would mean we swallow 100% of the cost of printing and shipping the hoodie to you. Print-on-demand is more environmentally friendly, and we feel it is the right approach to offering printed clothing.
