Chinese Quince Starters

Chinese Quince (Pseudocydonia sinensis) is a deciduous tree with stunning, glossy green leaves that can reduce in size with time and pruning, making it a beautiful specimen for bonsai enthusiasts. As the tree matures, it offers seasonal changes, showcasing vibrant autumn foliage and smooth, sculptural bark that peels to reveal shades of cinnamon and brown.

We anticipate the formation of flower buds in due time, with delicate pink blossoms to follow. In time, this bonsai may also bear its signature large, golden-yellow fruits. The seed source promises ornamental fruit up to 2" in size, perfect for adding seasonal interest.
