Objectively Not Great

The website was advertise as beer included with purchase. This was not the case and we ended up buying our own beer and experiencing quite a bit of confusion. The gentleman working the event initially said a beer was not included but did make the effort to check the website and he found that it was in fact advertised incorrectly. He offered to buy our next round, but we were full from the first. Thank you for trying to make it right.
The event itself was a bit slow paced considering the tasks were not overly complicated. TBH the event could have been held in 1 hour or less.
For the awkward experience and (what seemed to be) an less organized group, the experience was not worth $100. Especially if a beer is not included. IF INCLUDED, ok i can start to justify the $100 i guess..
Nice folks and good crowd.
Advice for the team: engage the crowd a bit more to see who you have in your audience. From what i can tell a few people had experience potting plants and wanted to move quicker. I think if you ask your audience at the beginning who has experience, you can get a sense of where to focus more attention (those who might need more guidance).
Overall, not bad. But not great.

Steven, we're sorry that you didn't enjoy the experience. Our main goal for these beginner classes is that students have fun. We tried to contact you and address your concerns, but the email was undeliverable. Please reach out to us directly - we want to make this situation right! Thank you.
