Mini Kishu Juniper #24

Left untouched by human hands out in the wild, Juniper trees grow and can thrive in pretty harsh conditions. Growth on "Kishu" is shorter and tighter in places with cool summer weather (like high elevation, or coastal). This mini bonsai stands about 3" tall. Pot is handmade by Mitunobu Ito, about 2".

Junipers are hardy, love full sun and can grow quickly under hot and humid conditions. Water daily during the growing season, fertilize regularly. Protect from temperatures below 32 degrees F, like all bonsai.
