Mini Japanese Black Pine #10

Mini bonsai are also known as Mame, which literally means "bean" in Japanese.

With rugged bark and beautiful dark green needles, Japanese Black Pine is among the most prized bonsai species. This tree was started from seed within our growing operation. Potted into a bonsai container, this is a young mame bonsai you can train further with more wiring or simply follow an established Japanese Black Pine care cycle to maintain as it grows older. 

Pot - Mitunobu Ito, about 3.5" diameter

Tree - about 7" tall.
